SPA REGULATION

Before using the SPA services, please read the specific regulations.

When do you arrive at the hotel (SPA reception)? For your best comfort and relaxation, we recommend arriving late in the morning to better organize the time and/or 10 minutes before the start of the treatment.

What should I wear during the treatments in the SPA and what to wear in the public areas of the hotel? Most treatments simply require sanitary underwear and slippers or, if you prefer, your own swimsuit. Guests are asked to enter the SPA already changed, wearing slippers and a bathrobe.

What happens if I am late for a treatment? Arriving late for a treatment will simply limit your time, so as not to create organizational problems for the next customer. You will still be charged the full cost of the treatment.

What is the “treatment cancellation” clause? We kindly ask all our guests using the SPA to cancel a treatment at least 24 hours in advance otherwise they will still be charged.

How can I pay for SPA treatments? We accept all major credit cards. They can still be charged to the room.

If I am pregnant can I access all the treatments? There are many treatments that are beneficial during pregnancy and that can be recommended to you. Please inform the SPA Manager on arrival, so that you can be assisted at all times.

Who can guide me in choosing my treatments? There will be a Manager at the SPA reception, who, based on your needs, will help you formulate the type and best sequence of treatments to achieve the best final result.

Is there a minimum age to be able to perform the treatments? Guests must be at least 14 years old to access the treatments.

Any locker key must be returned to Reception. Loss of the key will result in a charge of €10.00.
